Raking the Town!

Students woke up bright and early Saturday, October 31, to assist the community in the annual  “Rake the Town” event.  Despite the cold and chill students worked together to help those unable to clean their lawns.  The Newman center gathered a team of about 20 students who raked the town!

Halloween!

October 31, a night of ghoulish fun, candy, a live band, billiards and bowling.  The Newman Center hosted their annual Halloween Party in the game room of the Student Union.  Students gathered in costume at 9pm. Upon entering they collected candy and snacks.  Students enjoyed listening to live music or challenged their friends to a game of pool.  The night came to a close around 11:30pm as the best costumed marched in a line to be judged by the band. The Winner?  The bloodiest zombie of the night.
